How do I choose my lingerie size?
Many Siesta lingerie styles use our simplified sizing:
Size 1: Fits S–L
Size 3: Fits XL
Size 5: Fits 2XL–3XL
Sizing varies between designs, and selected styles are available in sizes up to 5XL. Please check the size and measurement information on each product page before ordering. If you're unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us for help. ♡
Do you sell plus-size lingerie?
Yes! Siesta carries a range of plus-size lingerie, with selected styles available up to 5XL. Check the available sizes and measurements on each product page to find the best fit.
What are the shipping options?
- Letterbox Delivery (2-3 working days) - $2.50
- Doorstep Delivery (1-2 working days) - $6
- Same Day Delivery (3pm-10pm) - $15 (order before 2pm)
- Self-Pickup (After 3pm) - $0 (order before 2pm, collect after 3pm)
How does Self-Pickup work?
Our Self-Pickup point is just a 5-minute walk from Aljunied MRT
• Cashless payment (PayNow/PayLah)
• No-contact pick-up
• Pick-up location shared after payment
• We will send photos of the exact spot once your parcel is ready
• Orders/payment must be made by 2pm
• Collection is anytime after 3pm

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All Siesta orders are packed in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the products inside, so you can shop with privacy.
What is the return/exchange policy?
For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for lingerie and intimate products. Please check the product measurements and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
